What is a Women’s Circle

Women have gathered together for centuries. Usually around the time of a full or new moon or in what’s known as red tents, for the purpose of rest and refection during their menstruation. Our circles have come about as we see so many amazing women in all our classes (those who are Mothers and those wo aren’t. Those who are 20 years old and those who are 70 years old) and the common thing we hear is that women are feeling burnt out, anxious and disconnected from each other and from themselves; both physically and emotionally.


What’s involved in our Circles

We wanted our circles to be a bit different. Accessible for someone who has never been to a Women’s Circle before, but was also for those who go to these types of event regularly. We don’t take ourselves seriously, so there will always be laughter and an opportunity to chat and meet the other women from your community. As much as it being a chance to rest and reflect for a couple of hours, we also wanted to provide you with knowledge and tools to take home to relax, recharge, reconnect and find a new way of being that doesn’t feel so stressful and hurried. Step into a space of peace, support, and sacred sisterhood.

Each months Circle has a different theme (see below) But always during our time together will guide you through:

🍫We begin with a beautiful opening grounding meditation and sharing (you are free to share as much or as little as you like!), paired with warm cacao to open our hearts and connect deeply with one another.

🌿 Themed Element: Learn tools and techniques that we will guide you through and that you can practice at home.

🌸 Gentle Stretches & Movement: These practices will soothe your nervous system, bringing a sense of calm, balance, and ease to your body.

🧘‍♀️ Guided Relaxation & Meditation: Gentle guided meditation, we’ll create space for deep relaxation and healing. Leaving you feeling fully rested.

Our circles are a sacred space for you to reconnect, recharge, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking personal healing or simply a moment of stillness, and time just for you. A space where you will feel seen, held and supported with kindness and humour (we don't take ourselves seriously!) Where you can show up just as you are🌙

In a world where we’re always on the move—especially those of us with young babies or children—it can feel incredibly difficult to find time for true rest. The constant hustle often leaves us feeling burned out, exhausted, anxious, and sometimes even guilty for needing a break. If this resonates with you, know that you're not alone. This session is all about exploring how we feel about rest, the barriers we face, and practical ways to bring more rest into our daily lives. Plus, we’ll guide you through simple practices you can do at home (even if you only have 5 minutes!) to help you feel more rejuvenated and recharged.

🌱 INTENTION SETTING
Do you struggle to form lasting habits or feel like your goals are just out of reach? In this session, we’ll dive into how to create meaningful intentions and affirmations that help bring your desired changes to life. You’ll also discover practical, easy ways to incorporate these intentions into your daily routine, helping you make progress toward your dreams while boosting your overall happiness along the way.

💖 LOVE & SELF-COMPASSION
We’re often our own harshest critics, which can leave us feeling low, anxious, or unmotivated. In this session, we’ll explore how to reconnect with ourselves and create space to practice more self-love and kindness. We’ll also share simple habits you can adopt at home to continue this practice and nurture a healthier relationship with yourself.

🌙 CYCLICAL LIVING
As women, we’re blessed with an internal rhythm that reflects the cycles of nature. Whether or not you’re menstruating, tuning into your own natural cycles can lead to greater happiness, relaxation, productivity, and restfulness. In this session, we’ll discuss how aligning with both your internal and external seasons can help you feel more balanced and empowered in your daily life.

🌕 SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Somatic movement helps us reconnect with our bodies through gentle, mindful movement. This practice isn’t about perfection—it’s about listening to your body, releasing tension, and tuning into what you need in the moment. By fostering body awareness, somatic movement calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and promotes emotional healing. It’s a simple yet powerful way to feel more grounded, centered, and at peace—whether you have 5 minutes or an hour.

🌿 NATURE CONNECTION
There’s something truly magical about spending time in nature. Whether it's the sound of leaves rustling in the wind or the peacefulness of a quiet forest, nature has a way of grounding us and helping us reconnect with ourselves. During this circle, we’ll venture outdoors to immerse ourselves in the beauty around us, helping to calm our minds, restore balance, and feel more aligned with our true selves. Being in nature has been shown to have profound benefits on our nervous system, reducing stress, lowering anxiety, and improving our emotional state. The sights, sounds, and smells of nature activate our parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and a sense of peace. Plus, spending time outside can help us feel more present, boost our mood, and enhance our overall well-being.
